As a commercial tenant ourselves we felt a local Taranaki solution for looking after the upkeep of commercial sites was needed. We spoke to owners and tenants around New Zealand and they were both surprised many Taranaki owners and tenants did not have a robust upkeep record. We wanted to provide a comprehensive service so both owners and tenants didn’t have to organise multiple services on site.
